What to Do/Not to Do with a Brownie in the Midst of a Storm

After months of trying to realize my food blogging aspirations, my passion for food and the words I dedicate to it now have a new home. Thanks to the lovely Fao of Faudible for encouraging me to take on this project.

Last weekend while I was cooped in because of the strong winds from Haiyan/Yolanda, I decided to make the most out of staying in and do a little experiment on one of my favorite desserts: the brownie.
